Job Title: Facilities Administrator
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Our client are seeking an experienced FacilitiesAdministrator to join their busy M&E team in Wolverhampton. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual whothrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and filter a busy Outlook inbox: raise new jobs, record updates, and respond to inquiries.
* Update job information on the company portal, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Raise and track purchase orders.
* Communicate with clients and subcontractors regarding job status, dates, times, locations, access details, and health and safety requirements.
* Input data and create monthly reports.
* Maintain trackers and portalsto ensure information is always up-to-date.
* Create and distribute Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMs) and Permitsto Work.
* Coordinate bookings with centre management and raise permits.
* Plan and schedule the weekly tasks for engineers.* Assist in preparing and tracking facilities budgets.
* Provide general office administrative support.
* Cover for the Service Manager and other administrative staff during holidays.
On-Call Requirements:
* Weekend inbox checks (remote on-call) for 2 out of 4 weekends on a 2-week on, 2-week off rota.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Essential: Experience in all Microsoft Office packages and facilities administration ideally within an M&E Business.
* Desirable: Familiarity with Job Logic software.
