Finance Administrator - Gloucestershire
Main Duties:
Local Payroll Administration
Data entry non salaried time sheetsonto our inhouse system (KHEOPs) and produce the required information to be submitted to payroll department
Local OH Administration
1. Using the online portal send a pre-placement medical questionnaire to new starters, where feasible, prior to commencement of employment and ensure that these are completed with 2-4 weeks of commencement.
On completion of screening receive OH reports for all those attending which are graded 1-4. Flag immediately to the Divisional Manager and HR Regional Business Partner any reports that are categorised 2,3 or 4

EDUCATION:
Good general education
EXPERIENCE:
Experienced in working with data and finance systemsKNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:
Experience of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, WORD etc.)
Proven work experience within a finance or data entry role
Excellent communicator, both verbally and written, with all levels of staff
Good organisation and time management skills
Accuracy/attention to detail
Ability to work with minimal supervision

Discrete and confidential approach to work
Proactive in contributing to improving processes and procedures
Previous good attendance
Flexible in terms of hours worked and attitude
