* HR Administrator
* £18 - £22 per hour PAYE
* 12 month contract
* Hybrid working - 3 days per week in Farnborough offices and the rest working remotely
We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join a global Construction and Engineering company based in Farnborough. Our client has fantastic modern offices with great facilities including free parking, Costa Coffee on-site and a lovely subsidised food court.
This role is working a 9 day fortnight; you will work Monday to Friday one week and complete 44 hours and every alternate week you will work 36 hours and work Monday to Thursday meaning you have every alternate Friday off.
This role is hybrid working so 3 days a week on-site and the rest working remotely.
Duties will include:-
* Being the first point of contact for any employeequeries into the HR Team
* Keeping the HR system and employee files updated with sickness, holiday, changes to personal circumstances (change of address etc)
* Working on the Mobility Support - employee promotions, new positions, mentorships, visa applications and relocations
* Assist with setting up interviews and confirming details to the candidates
* Draft contracts fornew starters
* Complete HireRight checks for new starters and conduct Right to Work checks
* Process documentation and prepare HR reports
Skills and experience required:-
* Previous experience within an HR Support role
* Be confident talking to employees and new starters
* Friendly, positive and helpful attitude
* Confident within Word, Outlook, and Excel
