HR Administrator is required for a global manufacturing and logistics company who have offices in the Daventry area. You will be given some great opportunities to develop your HR career and be part of a team who help create a great place to work.
This fantastic opportunityfor an HR Administrator will be based in the Daventry office 5 days a week, working within a small but busy and friendly HR team.
In reward you will be paid a salary c. £28,000 p.a. plus bonus + benefits (incl. private healthcare, 25 days annual leave, life assurance, pension etc).
The successful HR Administration MUST have/be:
* A stable working history.* Experience in a HR Administration position is essential.
* Ability to learn and progress quickly.
* Strong IT skills - especially PowerPoint and Excel.
This is a fast paced and high-volume HR role, your duties as HR Administrator include:* HR administration from all parts of the lifecycle from recruitment through to exit.
* First point of contact for allemployee enquiries.
* Minute taking in HR meetings.
* Produce employee communications.
* Ensure all employee communications including notice boards are up to date promoting HR activities.
* Co-ordinator Occupational Health diaries.
* Produce HRreports and present HR data to management team.
* Assist with new employee induction.
