Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who has worked in a complex corporate environment who can joina growing and changing HR function and partner with a highly strategic & professional business unit.
Location: Wolverhampton
Duties of the HR Business Partner:
* Providing a professional partnering service, you will work with challenging stakeholders (including the Board / Chairman) dealing with ER, strategic and operational people issues.
* Working with the business to understand succession planning & the talent pipeline.
* Providing detailed advice regarding organisational change, including but not limited too; redundancies, restructuring & changes to operating models.
* Working with the HR team to implement the HR strategy, build relationships and increase the credibility of the HR team to the business.
* Responsible for delivering a full HR service to a complex business unit working to partner with the ER team to solve issues quickly and efficiently.
* Providing training, coaching and upskilling to managers on HR processes and policies.
Key skills for the HR Business Partner:
* We are looking for a professional individual who comes from a corporate, professional environment who can partner with senior stakeholders.
* Significant experience working in a generalist HR role.
* Excellent & proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Qualified to CIPD Level 5.
