HR Co-Ordinator / HR Assistant is required for one of the UKs leading technology, print and telecoms companies who have amazing offices basednear Victoria, London. Working within a collaborative team within a company who have a great culture and really value their employees.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an award winning and growing company. You will be based in the office in Victoria, London. Working 2-3 days in London and 2-3 days at home - 9.00am - 5.00pm.
In reward you will be paid a salary up to £32,000 p.a. depending on experience plus 26 days holiday (plus BH), pension, Perkbox etc.
Working in a small HR team of 3, thisis ana amazing opportunity to take control of all the administration and co-ordination of the generalist HR work but as well asgetting stuck into projects including D&I, Wellbeing and L&D.
We are looking for an HR Co-Ordinator / HR Administrator who has:
* Proven HR administration experience
* Ideally CIPD 3 or working towards a CIPD qualification
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
* Must be confident, friendly with a good sense of humour!
Your duties asHR Co-Ordinator / HR Administrator will include:
* Provide HR administration support across full employee lifecycle
* Newstart administration
* Leaver administration
* Maintaining accurate HR and employee records
* Preparing HR documents
*Administering DBS checks
* Monitoring absence and sick leave
* Take on projects across DE&I, wellbeing and L&D
