Description:
HR Generalist - Contract - Navan, Co. Meath
The Role:
* Manage the day to day HR activities for the Irish Manufacturing plants
* First point of contact for HR queries* Work closely with HR colleagues across the business to monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practice
* Support/Manage and develop recruitment campaigns, to include, offers, employee system setup inductionsetc
* Work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management/development
* Assist member of the HR team in other plants to ensure the HR function delivers efficient service
* Assist withcompany HR projects as any when required.
* Development, implementation and maintenance of company policies
* Maintain HR guidelines and procedures in accordance with Company Policy
* Recruit & develop the organisation's manpower
* Locate and book suitable training courses to ensure continuous development of staff
* Maintain all HR systems
* Design and produce reports for management.
* Development, implementation and facilitation of employee workshops, training and Induction Programme forall personnel as and when required.
* Administer all company compensation and benefits
Requirements:
*
Previous experience in a Human Resource role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Recognised 3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management and ideally CIPD qualified.
* Experience of providing advice and guidance at management level.
* Excellentorganisational, planning, problem-solving and reporting skills.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Exceptional IT skills.
