Description:
Concept are currently recruiting for a Junior Project Administrator to work for a leading IT services organisation starting ASAP until December 2023
The successful Junior Project Administrator will be supporting various IT retail projects working remotely working from home.
What will your day to day activities as a Project Administrator involve?
* To support theCentral Field Operation PMO and process order requests in a timely and efficient manner
* To assist with the scheduling and control all field work stream activities, including interactions with the field team, acceptance criteria, quality criteria, commercial arrangements and financial parameters and support of sub-contractors / partners
* To liaise with all field 'stakeholders' to ensure they are sufficiently informed and involved during all stages of field delivery, or ensure that the Field PMO Manager and Senior Operations Manager is fully briefed and up-to-date at all times
* To support the establishment and agreement ofrobust acceptance criteria for the various work streams which can be used to measure field performance and ensures appropriate levels of customer 'sign off'
* To supervise the field schedule performance against the agreed plan and escalate to the PMO Manager when required
* To ensure appropriate and timely reporting and escalation (within Diebold Nixdorf and to the field team (as appropriate)
* To ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction for all scheduled works
* To adhere to the chosen field management methodology, with regard to planning, control, reporting, documentation, quality, risk analysis and management and change control
* To assist with the preparation and control of the field budget and ensure delivery against quoted works. Toassist the PMO Manager with the production of accurate financial forecasting of the performance of field delivery
* To support the work and output of the PMO team for all scheduled works to ensure high levels of performance
* To complete ad hoc dutiesand tasks allocated via the Senior Operations Manager from time to time

What's on offer?
You will be paid £120-136 per day DOE, via an Umbrella company
This role has been assessed and deemed an inside IR35 role
The above rates are the umbrella company rates
