Responsibilities

General office duties (Filing, manage post, order stationary and general provisions)

Accounting & Banking (Prepare lodgement, maintain and record Petty Cash)
*
Sales Administration (Arrange motor tax and registration of cars)
*
Database Management (Update various databases)
*
Showroom House Management(Maintaining a clean & tidy showroom and waiting area)
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience in an office, reception or front of house role
* Excellent organization and communication skills
* Experience in administration
