FRS Recruitment are now inviting applications for the role of Office Administrator on behalf of our client, based in the South Kildare region. This is a full-time/office based role and may also suit candidates in the neighbouring regions ofLaois & Carlow.
Our client has been servicing the Irish Agri sector for over 70 years. They are currently going througha period of considerable growth and therefore require additional support in front of house reception and office/ administration.The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to grow and develop with the business offering them career progression.The Role
* Reception: Dealing with inbound calls and customer queries in an efficient and polite manner
* Other reception duties may include dealing with customers and stakeholders in a front of house capacity
* Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
* Managing incoming and outgoing post
* General Administration duties
* Managing correspondence by answering emails
* You will also be required to assist the accounts team in an administration capacity (previous experience would be an advantage)
Candidate Profile
* Previous customer facing experience in an office, reception or front of house role
* Excellent organization and communication skills
* Experience in administration
* IT Literate
