Description:
FRS Recruitment on behalf of our client is looking to recruit for the position of Office Administrator in Cavan.
Responsibilities:
* Provide clerical support to the existing team members
* Support office by answering queries and telephone service
* Ensure all records are tracked, inputted, and always maintained (paper copy/computerised)
* Transcribe and enter orders and notes for staff
* Responsible for managing sensitive data / GDPR
* Dairy management including typing up correspondence, organise relevant paperwork, assist in preparation of reports, if necessary, answer customer queries
* Identify potentialissues/problems and report them to Line Manager
* 38 hours per week
Skills and Experience:
* Previous clerical or administrative experience required
* Experience in a customer setting is desired
* Flexible, adaptable, and well able to work on own initiative
* Team player
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proficient with IT and Microsoft Office
* Good customerservice skills, pleasant and approachable
* Flexibility to work some weekends
This is a Permanent, full-time role, with immediate start.
