Description:
An excellent manufacturingbusiness are seeking to recruit a experienced Office Assistant & PA to support the Corporate Legal team. Working closely with the legal team and other businesses at different sites globally to support the needs of the law department.
The Office Assistant role:
* Carrying out general administrative/secretarial duties
* Assisting with diary/calendar management
* Scheduling meetings and arranging travel through the corporate Amex system
* Processing team expenses through concur system
*HR admins - maintaining holiday and sickness records and inputting into holiday and payroll system
* Booking external training courses and managing related subscriptions/invoices
* Providing support and cover for other office staff
* Assisting with Microsoft Office Systems (Word / Excel / Powerpoint / Sharepoint)
The successful Office Assistant :
* Ability towork on own initiative with minimal supervision
* Ability to multi task
* Knowledge of and high level of capability working with Microsoft systems (Ariba, Concur, AMEX or similar applications
* Excellent English communication skills (both writtenand verbal)
* Flexible, adaptable and prepared to be hands on
* Ability to represent the department to internal and external clients
£15.66 p/h
Working hours are 9 to 5 with some flexibility required
This is a hybrid role with arequirement to attend the offices 2 to 3 days a week
