Description:
This position requires the management of our three buildings ensuring the infrastructure is monitored, maintained, and serviced. They will demonstrate a high level of an organisational skills while being professional and pro-active. They will work with external contractors / suppliers and communicate with employees or management of any changes or disruptions.
Responsibilities
*Report to the MD of any short comings or have high risk factors.
* General upkeep of all workspaces, and building.
* Development of H&S team
* Coordination and administration of the Health & Safety meetings.
* Creation of H&S reports monthly including accidents etc.
* Conducting Annual review of the policy procedures in collaboration with Senior Management Team.
* Work within budget set for best prices on regular products / services required.
* Report all facilities costings of maintenance and services.
* Diarised appropriate level of maintenance for both the building & facilities.
* Assessing current suppliers' performance, costings and quality and bringing new suppliers in as and when required.
* Coordinate activities with external and sub-contractors.
* First point of contact for any facilities queries/emergencies, to resolve swiftly.
Skills /Experience
* Experience in a similar role
* Competent with Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Driving Licence
