OFFICE/WAREHOUSE ADMIN ASSISTANT WANTED - NUNEATON
£9.50ph - 37.5 hour weeksDuties:
* Updating Excel spreadsheets, word documents and other associated Microsoft/Sage 200 packages.
* Replying to emails, answering the telephone, assisting work colleagues with their administration duties.
* General administration and filing duties with associated paperwork.
* Purchase ordering materials
* Sales order processing
* Web store admin
* Scanning documents into computer system, checking for discrepancies, and filing them on network
Shift Pattern:
* Monday to Thursday 07:30am to 16:30pm
* Friday 07:30am to 12:30pm
* (If these hours aren't suitable there is a possibility of changingslightly to suit schedule)
Requirements:
* Must be 18+
* Must be familiar with Word and Excel documents
* Must bea team player and comfortable working in a team
