Operations Administrator supporting the US office is required for an award winning, highly successful cyber security company who have impressive offices in Waterloo, London.
This is an exciting role supporting the US team, although based in the UK. Working hours of this role are from 1.30pm to 10.30pm (GMT), Monday to Friday and will be fully remote, based from home after an initial 2-3 month settling in period.
During the first few months you will be required to go to their Waterloo office 2 days a week until5.30pm when you'll then be able to work from home for the rest of the working time.
The successful Operations Administratorwill be involved in supporting the US office with all things administration, duties include:
* Co-ordinating travel arrangements
* Arranging meetings, workshops and training sessions
* Helping to execute functions, events and company meetings
* Support the US sales team in preparing and reviewing documents
* Preparation of materials for meetings
We are looking for anOperations Administrator with the following:
* Excellent communication skills, ideally familiarity with US grammar and spelling is highly beneficial
* Confident using MS Office especially Word
* If you have experience working in the US or have relocated from the US to UK this would also be an advantage
In reward you will be paid a salary of c. £40,000 p.a. plus, some amazing benefits and full social calendar of events!
