Operations Coordinator, Employee Benefits Company, - Amazing Company with great culture, Up to £30,000 + Benefits, ASAPStart, Hammersmith Area with 80% remote working
The purpose of the role is to manage the day-to-day activity of the cinema promotion voucher sales business, providing regular updates and reports on its performance.
Operations Coordinator Duties:* Day-to-day management of the promotional cinema platform, including order processing, debtor management and handling of client queries
* Assist with client onboarding, including administration and due diligence
* Monitor and handle client queries via cinema phone-lines and email in-boxes
* Liaise with Head of Reward, Project Management, Digital and other key stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency
* Create and deliver promotional campaigns for cinema platform to B2B clients, via newsletters, emails and satisfaction surveys
* Organise social events, networking opportunities and review meetings with key B2B clients* Work with sales to support the CRM (HubSpot)
* Monitor competitor activity and where upselling opportunities are identified, pass these on to relevant Sales colleagues
Ideal Skills and Experience:
* 2 years'+ experience working within entertainment sector (preferred)
* Commercial acumen with previous ecommerce experience
* MS Office experience (essential)
