Description:

I'm currently recruiting for a Oracle Team Lead to join a busy team in Newbridge Co. Kildare

THE ROLE:

* Working with third party vendors and managed Service partners to provide support for broad rangeof Oracle ERP products.
* 3rd party & vendor management;
* Working with MSP to provide service to the business within the agreed SLA. Will do this by leading day to day activities for the support of the Oracle estate (includes eBusiness, SOA , OTM,Forms & reports, OBIEE ) environment and being the point of contact between our Business and the MSP. Duties will include but not limited to:

* Manage SLA Time Frames
* Managing day to day activities
* Schedule and attend weekly calls with the business to understand new requirements and current pain points.
* Escalate with MSP as required
* Optimizing Deploymentsand path to production through non-Bau in conjunction with Test manager

* SLA & KPI Management and Monitoring in conjunction with the Business Engagement manager and our MSP Service Delivery manager, you are required to manage the MSP to ensure they meet their SLA;
* Consult and advice active project workstreams on various impacts to BAU for significant projects that areon-going
* Working with the IT Service desk and Operations team to support IT applications including participating in DR testing, incident management, resolution, escalation, in a timely manner and within the ITIL Framework;
* Work with MSP to scopeand cost up any new or changing business requirements;
* Apply various standards/best practices to all changes promoted to production

The Person:

* The ideal candidate will possess the following qualification, skills, knowledge and attributes;* A relevant third level or similar qualification or technical experience in the relevant subject matter.
* Knowledge of ITILprocess and approach is desirable.
* Detailed knowledge of the technical content required to complete the role
* Knowledgeof ITIL process and approach is desirable;
* Detailed knowledge of the technical content required to complete the role;
*Essential 10 year's experience in a similar Functional or Technical leading role;
* Technical Skills;

* Oracle eBS R12, Oracle eBS Technical Support,
* Including Oracle eBS Sys Admin, BI, interfacing.
* Oracle Development tools set, Custimisations, Extension, modifivcation and workflow
