I'm currently recruiting for a Part Time Recruitment Administrator to join a busy team.
The Role:
* Responsible for all things recruitment admin - on-boarding, interview packs, reference checking, job offers and contracts etc
* Provide administration support to the existingteam - filling, archiving, updating CRM system
* Reviewing paperwork and work permits
* 20 hours a week - 4 days/ 5 hours- 9am - 2pm (Wednesday off)
Requirements:
* Good knowledge of Office Software - Outlook, Word, Excel
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Organised and efficient
* Excellent communication skills
* Immediately available
