Payroll Administrator (6-month fixed term contract)
My client who is based in Newcastle West Co, Limerickis looking for an experienced payroll administrator to join their team for a 6 month contract.
Key activities include:* Processing multiple weekly payrolls
* Management of the Time & Attendance within TMS system
* Coordinating new hire set ups, leavers, time and attendance entries (TMS), as well as various other payroll/personnel transactions and adjustments* Provide direct customer service to employees with high quality, professional and timely responses to queries
* Ensure compliance with payroll SOX processes, and company guidelines
* Comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensure that a high level of confidentiality is maintained at all times
* General administration, written correspondence with employeesand external third parties and joint management of payroll e-mail
Requirements
* Have a minimum of 1-year previous payroll experience
* IPASS qualification
* Have good problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
* Have the abilityto work to tight deadlines
* Organised and focused
* Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a wider team* Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel to intermediate level
* TMS advanced systems and Core experiencedesirable
