Description:
My client who is a third level sector organisation is looking to source an experienced Personal Assistant to join their team on a contract role. This role is based in Cork city centre. The ideal candidate will provide the Manager with a comprehensive and professional administrative and support service.
This contract will run for 4-6 months.
Duties:
* Carry out PA duties at an executive level
* Manage the diary effectively, arranging meetings and prioritising and balancing competing demands.
* Prepare and organise information and reports for internal and external meetings, ensuring that internal and external information deadlines are met.
* To work to continuous deadlines and perform duties in a highly confidential environment.
* To have access to and manage the confidential files
Requirements:
* Have good written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and accurately and to produce work of a high standard including taking minutes
* Have organisational skills and experience of working to deadlines
* Excellent IT skills including knowledge andimplementation of the Office 365 portfolio of applications including one drive, SharePoint, TEAMS along with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, the internet
* Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to deal effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Previous experience as a PA/EA is essential
