Concept Resourcing are currently looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to work for a leading IT Managed Service Provider based in Reading.
The purpose of the role is to coordinateand organise the deployment of devices to and within the health care sector.
Contract will start 10th January 2022 and will be for a minimum of 3 months.
Package information:
* 9:00am - 17:30pm* with 1 hr lunch
* 8.5 hours working day
* Monday - Friday work throughout duration of assignment
* £18 per hour payable via umbrella (inside IR35)
* Site based role in Reading Head Office
The Role:
Will involve the following tasks:
* Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal and customer Project, Engineering and Service Delivery teams
* To co-ordinate all project and transitional activities and develop and sustain excellent relationships with all stakeholders
* Liaise with end user clients in order to obtain and confirm availability
* Produce weekly and/or monthly reports on performance on assigned projects
* Ensure that resources are assigned to individual project activities and that they are fully briefed and have the required skills, tools and instructions to completethe required work to the agreed quality and performance levels
* Identify and track all project costs incurred in deliveringthe project via the Project Cost Tracker, created during project start-up.
* Develop and maintain close working relationshipswith the overall programme team.
* Record and clarify any Project related escalation or complaint logged by the customer.
*Manage any risks to project delivery, by analysing them and identifying actions to mitigate the impact of the risk
* Working with and utilising a Risk Log and Project workbook in order to capture all progress and updates
* Escalate any high impact risks to the Senior Project Manager
The Candidate:
MUST have a minimum of 2 years' employment experience within a Project Coordinator or Administrator role and be able to demonstrate the following skills:
* Fantastic customer service skills
* Excellent written and oral skills
* Organsiation skills
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to identify and solve problems
* Multi-task and work under pressure
* Being proactive
This contract has been deemed and inside IR35 role, thereforeyou will need to be paid via umbrella company. The above rates are the umbrella company rates subject to weekly fee and deductions
