Concept are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to work fora leading IT services organisation starting ASAP - 31st December 2022
The successful candidate with be supporting various ITretail projects
You will be responsible for any day to day needs to keep the project organised and running smoothly
What will your day to day activities as a Project Coordinator involve?
· Supporting off site Project Managers with various retail IT projects from start to finish
· Attend daily conference calls with support from various project teams
· Managing scheduling of engineer sites and control all paperwork or work stream activities
· Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycle
· Engineer sign off support
· End of shift reports / updates
· Adhoc admin / projectrequests as and when required
What are we looking for?
· Candidates with a strong PCO background dealing with engineers/ end clients
· Project management experience is desirable but not essential
· Proficient when using excel / SharePoint andcollaborative working platforms
· Good verbal and written communication skills and thorough attention to detail
· Prince 2 qualification is desirable, but not essential
· Candidates will require their own phone / laptop and suitable 'working from home' set up
Working Hours
· You will be working from home, working day shifts Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 5.00pm
· Flexibility with working hours may be required at times
What's on offer?
You will be paid up to £195 per day via an Umbrella company
This role has been assessed and deemed an inside IR35 role
The above rates are the umbrella company rates
