We are looking to recruit an experienced Project Coordinator/ Administrator based in or commutable to Kidderminster on an ongoing contract basis.This role involves overseeing schedules and workload to be completed by the engineering and IT services team with a continuous goal of ensuring smooth and productive workflow that is as efficient as possible.
Our customer are looking for someone who canhit the ground running and have a passion for projects and organisation with a proven successful background.
Package Information:
* Monday - Friday working week
* 9.00am - 17.00pm
* Office based working
* 3 monthly rolling contract
* £125.00 per day - payable via Umbrella provider
* Inside IR35
* Possibility of permanent offer - based on performance and experience
Responsibilities of the role:
* Supporting Project Managers and clients with day-to-day coordination and running of projects
* Management of project inbox
* Scheduling and managing schedules
* Updating all relevant project documentation
*Assisting with resource requirements
* Prepare and maintain real time project schedules and track all activities on the set schedule
* Provide accurate reports that feed into senior management, and client/user management as appropriate
* Manage multiple concurrent projects with effective time allocation distributed between projects as appropriate
* Input Project orders anddata into appropriate management systems
* Be involved with project presentation meetings
* Maintain effective communication between all stakeholders consisting of suppliers, customers, logistics partners and staff.
The ideal candidate will:
*Have a minimum of 2 years' experience within project coordination OR strong organisation and admin background
* Be able to organise workflow
* Be able to be confident at all times and provide excellent customer management
* Be able to maintain effective communication and be confident with engaging all manner of stakeholders
This contract has been deemed an inside IR35 role, therefore you will need to be paid via umbrella company. The above rates are the umbrella company rates subject to weekly feeand deductions
