Description:

Recruitment Administrator - Tullamore, Co. Offaly.

FRS is seeking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator on a temporary contract for an initial period of three (3) months. The successful candidate will report to the HR Manager and will support the HR team and internal hiringmanagers on the delivery of a specific recruitment drive which is commencing in March 2022.

The successful candidate will beresponsible for the following:

* Manage the life-cycle of the recruitment process in line with the Organisation's Recruitment Policy;
* Liaise with candidates regarding role or recruitment process queries;
* Liaise with hiring managers regarding the shortlisting of candidates;
* Manage the scheduling of interviews with candidates and interview panels (via Zoom and face-to-face);
* Prepare all interview materials for interview panels;
* Support the HR Officer in the preparation of contracts ofemployment;
* Schedule the induction and onboarding process for the new employees;
* Other recruitment duties as defined bythe HR Manager.



Role Criteria: The successful candidate should possess the following criteria.

* A qualification inHR, Business Studies, Office Administration or other relevant discipline is advantageous;
* A minimum of one (1) years' experience in an office environment is essential;
* An understanding of Human Resources legislation/employment law, principles, policies, and procedures is required;
* Recruitment experience is required;
* Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to build a rapport with people;
* Solid IT and project management skills;
* Ability to prioritise tasksand work within a dynamic environment;
* Excellent time management and attention to detail is essential;
* A strong work ethic;
* Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team;
* Full clean driving licence with access to own car.
