Initial 2 month contract with extension possibilities - Immediate Start£14.31 per hour
HYBRID - 1 TO 2 DAYS A WEEK IN OFFICES BASED IN GLOUCESTERSHIRE
37 hours per week - Full Time
My Client area Local Government organisation based in Dursley, Gloucestershire and are seeking a Resource Planner on an initial 2 month basis, full time.
Main Skills and Responsibilities:
* Good written and verbal communications skills
* Experience of workingwith the public
* IT literate
* Have a general understanding of Natural Gas and Renewable Technology
* Ability to diagnose faults over the phone using diagnostic software
* Ability to manage own time and workload
* Proficient at taking repairs requests, raising inspections/works orders using the integrated computer system, categorising repairs requests according to urgency and customers needs ensuring compliance with best practice
* Ability to undertake work concerning more involved tasks confined to one function or area of activity, which requires a good standard of practical knowledge and skills in that area of activity.
