Sales Order Administrator
North Cardiff
£negotiable depending on experienceWe have a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to join an established manufacturer to take ownership of processing orders to ensure on time delivery to our global customers.
Duties include:
* Processing sales orders and following up with customers
* Admin tasks including regulatory & export documentation
* Advising customers on the progress of their orders
* Liaising with transport companies to organise deliveries
* Departmental reporting
The person
The ideal person for this role will have gained experience within a manufacturing environment in a sales administration or order processing role
You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, be proactive, customer centric and driven to get things done to support the team.
