The Company
Opportunity to work for a company specialising in speciality chemical based products. A well established company with a constant focus on product excellence and an ongoingcommitment to their clients. Boasting an incredibly stable management team, current team has been at the helm for the past 30 years.
The Role
Work as part of the sales team, offering administrative support in this permanent role. Hours of workare Monday to Friday 8:30AM-16:30PM Duties include the following;
* Dealing with customer's inquiries
* Liaising with freight companies to arrange collections & deliveries
* Entry of sales orders onto Sage 200 system
* Sending documents tocustomers
* Updating company CRM system
* Filing completed sales orders
* Attending to incoming calls
* Attending weeklyinternal meetings
Requirements
The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes;
* Solid administration experience required
* Knowledge of SAGE 200 would be an advantage, but training can be provided
* Experience of using Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word
* Accurate and strong administration skills
* Excellent attentionto detail
* Clear and confident communication skills both internally and externally
* The ability to deal with customers queries in professional manner
* Own Transport or reliable lift
