Poppy Nursing & CareServices LTD part of MCG Healthcare are looking for a Sales Support Consultant join our recruitment team in Ipswich.

What are we looking for . . . . . .
We are a growing,target hitting team who due to growth are now looking to add an additional Sales Support Consultant to the Healthcare Recruitment Team.
We are looking for an applicant who is driven to succeed and deliver our values on a daily basis.
You will be responsible for the following;
* Weekly Payroll for Temporary Staff
* Account Management
* Advert writing
* Reviewing CV's
* Pipe-lining candidates
* Pre-screening candidates
* On-boarding successful Candidates
* Assisting the Compliance Team
* General administrative duties
* Assisting with the out of hours on call phone (1 in 4 weeks)
The ideal person will besomeone who is hard working, organised, not afraid to pick up the phone and understands that recruitment isn't 9-5. You need tobe confident in communicating over the phone and email. Ideally will have experience within a Healthcare setting or Recruitment(any industry!).
