Concept are currently recruiting for Service Delivery Assistant to work for a leading IT services organisation in Dartford on a an initial 6 month contract
What will your day-to-day activities involve?
* Will support the resolution of hardware break/fix (and associated) services issues for nominated customer/s in 'real time'.
* Proactively monitoring call stacksto ensure achievement of contracted service levels,
* Taking remedial action where calls may go 'out of contract' without further attention,
* Updating call history on the call management system,
* Proactively updating clients of potential issues,* Handling progress chasing calls from the customer
What are we looking for?
* The successful candidate will have workedwith SLA's and escalation management
* Strong IT knowledge
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours* You will be working 37.5 hours per week rotated between the hours of 08:00-18:00
* Working days Monday - Friday
* Overtime 1-3 weekends
* Hybrid working 2/3 days in office
* Training will be based in office in Dartford
What's on offer?* You will be paid £11.03 per hour via Umbrella company
* Your contract will be starting ASAP for an initial 6 month periodThis contract has been deemed and inside IR35 role, therefore you will need to be paid via umbrella company. The above rates are the umbrella company rates subject to weekly fee and deductions
