Role - Service Desk Coordinator
£25,000 + bonus

Concept Resourcing are working with an exciting organisation who are the leading provider of professional security solutions. The company has gone from strength to strength and has built a strong customer base across 16 counties within Europe and America.
We have an exciting opportunity to join as a Service Desk Team Coordinator.
The Service Desk Coordinator is involved in providing field support and supporting various departments where necessary.
Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, you will be responsible for allocation and scheduling of field engineers to work within geographical regions. You will be supporting field engineers and regionalfield managers where necessary.
Responsibilities
* To provide a first class service to engineers / managers
* Respond to service requests with SLA's
* Booking customer appointments
* Support field engineers, senior engineeers and regional managers and maintain close relationships
* Communicate effectively with all areas of business
* Handles requests throughtelephone, email, etc
* Maintain and update relevant records
* Coordinate and schedule jobs within a geographical location* Coordinate jobs to balance workload across field engineers
Essential
* Relevant experience within a call centre /call dispatch environment
* A passion for delivering fantastic customer service
* Highly analytical and data-driven
* Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels
* Used to dealing with a range of tasks, attention to detail
* Good administration / organisational skills
* Used to working in a busy office environment
* Ability to work well with others
