The Role
My client, a well-established facilities management company is seeking and experience Talent Partner to join their team based in North County Dublin. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position.
As the Talent Partner, you will support People Managers throughout the business in addressing their hiring needs and finding effective solutions in a very busy environment.
Tasks& Duties
* Collaborate closely with People Managers and stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements, ensuring successful recruitment outcomes and a positive candidate experience.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines foropen positions, promoting a direct hiring approach wherever feasible.
* Achieve targeted reductions in agency spending and time-to-hire, adhering to agreed business SLAs.
* Screen candidates against role specifications and organisational competencies to secure the best-fit talent for Mitie.
* Provide exceptional service to both People Managers and candidates through clear andtimely communication.
* Conduct talent mapping of competitor organisations to identify potential hires for critical roles.* Consult with key stakeholders and hiring managers on starting salaries and offer package details in collaboration with the People team.
* Utilise recruitment tools, systems, and third-party services effectively, focusing on cost efficiency.
* Contribute to various HR projects throughout the year as part of the HR team.
* Maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate progression through screening stages.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
* Proven ability of talent identification, recruitment, and assessment.
* Proven abilityto prioritise workload and maintain high levels of organisation, detail, and structure in a dynamic environment.
* Exhibit extreme flexibility and adeptness in managing change, crucial for this role.
* Experience in determining compensation recommendations, gathering market data, and negotiating offers is desirable.
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills, customer serviceabilities, and the capability to build relationships, negotiate, and influence others effectively.
* Proficiency in IT skillsis essential.
* Previous experience in the Facilities Management industry is a distinct advantage.
* Candidates must currently reside in a commutable distance with full working rights.
