Team Administratoris required a globally recognised company who are a leader in their FMCG field. You will work in a very busy and high functioning team. Based in West London, you will be based in the amazing offices 5 days a week.
Working alongside a busy Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant team who support some of the companies most senior individuals working with some of the UK's bestloved brands.
This is a permanent position, based in the office 5 days a week. In reward you will be paid a competitivesalary, plus bonus and benefits.
As Team Administrator you MUST have:
* At least 2 years' experience in a teamadministrative role.
* Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
* Very strong communication skills.
* Ableto work on your own but also as part as a team.
* Excellent organisation skills
Team Administrator duties include:* Provide administrative support to the leadership team.
* Meet and greet visitors to the office ensuring they are welllooked after with refreshments.
* Support with travel co-ordination.
* Support current EA's/PA's with secretarial duties.* Updating spreadsheets with expenses.
* Formatting and creating presentations.
