Technical Product Support Administrator

Are you a customer-focused professional who wants to develop experience within atechnical environment? Do you have experience of providing product advice to customers?
We are looking for a Technical Services Advisor to join our clients Technical Support team.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for technical enquiries, ensuring they are handled efficiently and professionally. You'll also assign caseloads to technical engineers, respond toqueries via phone and email, and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
The Role
* Manage and assign technicalenquiries to the engineering team
* Provide technical support via phone and email
* Coordinate bespoke product costings, ensuring alignment with technical guidance
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
* Assist in reviewingtechnical involvement on projects and compiling reports
The Person
* Experience in construction, manufacturing, or technical advisory roles (desirable)
* Customer service experience,
* Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work proactively and manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Willingness to develop further qualifications related to the role
