Description:

Temporary HR Administrator -Dunboyne, Co. Meath
3 month contract - 35k - 40k salary - immediately available

THE ROLE:

* To provide administrative support to the HR function in an efficient and timely manner.
* Deliver effective administrative support of HR activities including site recruitment, pre-employment checks, induction, preparation of contracts, absence management, discipline & and grievance processes, employee engagement, communications, employee relations, and performance management;
* Assist with the recruitment of candidates from non-EU countries and the work permit process from start to finish including all administration aroundthis process;
* Assist with annual leave request and COVID 19 protocols
* Generate and produce reports around long term absences, working time directives, employee turnover and annual leave
* Liaise with the relevant Managers, as required, regardingany breaches of Company policies and procedures;
* Participate in investigations and disciplinary meetings where appropriate,ensuring accurate meeting notes are recorded and support Line Managers to operate to best practice standards;
* Interface with payroll and finance on all pay related matters including processing payroll for the site as required;
* Ensure that all HR information is managed confidentially and in accordance with GDPR guidelines;
* Provide any other administrative support that may be required;



REQUIREMENTS:

* Third level qualification in HR or relevant discipline;
* Minimum of 1 years' experience in a HR Administrator or similar role;
* Knowledge of Human Resources principles, processes and procedures;
* Experience in Data Management and an awareness of the importance of confidentiality in data handling;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to prioritise, multitask and stay calm under pressure;
* Proficiency in MS Office;
* Ability to work with a diverse workforce population;
