* Travel Administrator* Paying up to £18 per hour

* WFH on Fridays
Weare looking for an experienced Travel Administrator to join a global Construction and Engineering company based in Farnborough.Our client has fantastic offices with great facilities including free parking, Costa Coffee on-site, lovely subsidised restaurant and an all-round healthy and positive working environment.
This is an initial 12-month temporary contract but likelyto extend. The working pattern is 40 hours per week Monday - Friday and working from home on Fridays. Paying up to £18 per hourwhich equates to £37,440 per annum
Previous experience organising international travel is essential
The role will be dealing with all aspects of travel including:
* Booking flights and hotels for international business travel
* Arranging VISA and Work Permit Applications for long term travel
* Assisting with all the organisation involved in international relocations
* Arranging international transport (car hires etc)
* Arranging inoculations
Skills and experience required:
* Previous experience organising and managing international travel is essential
* Previous experience of arranging visas and work permits is essential
* Strong organisational skills with excellent communication skills
* Be a team player with acan-do positive attitude
