Email Marketing Manager - Birmingham/Hybrid - £28,000 - £34,000
I am working with an exciting company in the digital property space who are experiencing rapid growth and are looking to bring in an experienced content creator.
You will design and implement direct email marketing campaigns, working closely with sales and marketing teams to identify target email audienceand grow the email list.
Testing every campaign's success, you will determine email marketing KPI's as well as developing andpresenting reports on a regular basis.
Your aim will be to drive growth, whether that's through lead generation, analysing data or developing road maps for processes.
Initially, you will be office based, allowing you to get to know your new team andgetting stuck into their amazing culture before then working in a hybrid capacity - going into the office around 3 days a week.This is a culture driven company who really do put you first!

What you'll do as an Email Marketing Manager:
* Manage email marketing campaigns, analysing the ROI and making suggestions for improvements
* Maintain email database and ensure effective communication with customers to build a loyal network and to minimise the amount of unsubscribes
* Working closely with sales and marketing teams to identify target email audience and determine goals, reporting on revenue generated from email campaigns
* Increase email subscriptions
* Analyse data to get smart insights
* Develop and present reportsagainst established KPI's
What you'll bring as an Email Marketing Manager:
* Experience as an Email Marketing Manager and a background in strategy creation, planning and execution
* Experience with HTML and content management systems
* Expertise in marketing automation technology
* Understanding of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
* Knowledge of analytical and database tools
* BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
