UX Designer - London/Hybrid - £30,000 - £45,000
We are working with a slick design agency that specialises in connecting people tobrands, they are looking for a UX designer to focus on the customer journey, joining their expanding team due to the success and increase in projects from clients.
As part of your role, you will engage with clients, taking in/on new briefs, bringing design to life by understanding their needs and delivering on these. You will be enthusiastic in providing a successful user experience and show a real passion for all things UX!
You will play a key role in delivering a consistently high-quality user experience across all digital touchpoints.
The role will give you the opportunity to work with multiple clients, being their pointof contact from the initial brief all the way through to execution. Working with multiple clients, you will benefit from the prospect of getting stuck into a range of work and at times working outside of your comfort zone.
You will be working as part of a highly collaborative and creative team of designers and senior creatives, offering the opportunity to pick-up new skills anddevelop your expertise.
Their office is based in Central London, where they offer the opportunity to either work there 2 days per week, or 2 days per month - the choice is yours!
What you'll do as a UX Designer:
* Identify customer issues through customer research, usability testing and data analysis
* Wireframe and design working prototypes to define interactionsand animations
* Present concepts to clients and key stakeholders to deliver impact across UX
* Help to bridge brand experience and UX best practices
* Manage multiple projects and communicate progress accurately to your team and clients
What you'll bring as a UX Designer:
* 2 + years UX professional experience
* Agency-side experience
* Motion design skills or video editing experience would be a bonus
* Experience in Adobe suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
* Figma experience
* Client facing experience, taking in new briefs and communicating throughout project
* Experience creating prototypes,wireframes and developing user flows
