Rota of an 8-hour shift betweenhours of 8am-6pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm Friday. Typically, 8am - 4pm shift, 9am - 5pm shift and 10am - 6 pm shift
There will be times you will be required to help deliver vehicles, so a full driving licence is essential

My client:
My client is one of the UK's leading providers of van leasing and van contract hire for new vans to businesses and private individuals. Due to continued growth my client is now looking to recruit a Hire Administrator for their office based in Skewen, Neath. The Hire Administrator is a vital part of operations on the front line of sales and customerservice.
The role of Hire Administrator:
Relationship building is the key to success, as the Hire Controller coordinates the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection, liaising with every part of the Hire department to ensure the needs of the customer are met and that they're satisfied with our service. On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be desk-based, working directly with the other departments, liaising regularly with stock teams, drivers ensure minimaldelay in fulfilling the needs of the customer with readily available vehicles.
Duties of a Hire Administrator:
* Organising and arranging the hire of vehicles
* Arrange on-hires, off-hires
* Providing excellent customer service, taking inbound phone calls from customers regarding bookings and orders
* Creating purchase orders and processing invoices
* Responding to customer queries regarding their orders
* Providing customer quotations and entering onto the system and making surecustomer account forms are completed
* Ensuring pricing is correct
* Agree delivery and damage charges with customers* Assisting in the planning logistics and communicating with drivers
* Creating rental agreements and ensuring all details are accurate and up to date
* Responding to invoice queries
* Ensuring inspection sheets and documentation are completed* Ensure all orders are fulfilled and meet customer requirements
Requirements for Hire Administrator:
* Experience within a similar role - administration and customer service based, preferable hire control
* Excellent Administration Skills* Strong Communication skills both written and verbal - confident liaising with customers
* Experience of processing orders* Experience of liaising with customers
* Stock control knowledge
* Full UK Driving license
