The Company
My client offers the opportunity to become a deputy manager in a stylish and fun cocktail bar situated on Mill Lane, serving up creative cocktails, delicious food, warm hospitality, drinks packages, VIP bookings, a stunning gin garden and two DJs over two floors to make your night special! My client ispart of an independent hospitality company that owns and operates multiple bar and restaurant venues across Cardiff and Swansea. Founded in 2010 my client has built on their combined knowledge and creativity to launch several successful bars and restaurants. this is an incredibly exciting time to be joining my client.
Short term goals for my client - Drive forward as a business, maximising every opportunity and idea and to emerge from COVID-19 stronger.
How will this be achieved? By shooting straightand being clear about expectations.
The Role - Deputy Manager
You will be required to up skill on all areas of the business to step in as the right-hand support to the general manager in their absence. You will need to lead, inspire and delegate toget the most out of your team to help you deliver all expectations required for the People, Product and Place. We are specifically looking for managers that have a combination of several things, most importantly a wow personality and a laser-sharp positiveattitude.

Requirements for Deputy Manager:
* Significant, demonstrable experience in hospitality
* Ability to always handle multiple initiatives as well as being able to react quickly to opportunities and new initiatives that arise in a growing company
* A team player who canwork to tight deadlines and under pressure
