Work Wales are currently looking for a driven and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to join one of our newest clients- the biggest hospitality employer in Swansea.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
-Managing andoverseeing the day-to-day operations of four venues, including staffing, inventory management, and financial reporting
-Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all locations
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external stakeholders
- Maintaining and enhancing employee satisfaction, recognising individual/team effort through effective reward and motivation processes
- Improving customer satisfaction levels by monitoring feedback and ensuring customer service standards are maintained
- Identifying and resolving any operational issues or customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Managing some financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting and costcontrol
- Analysing sales data and making strategic decisions to increase profitability and efficiency
With the client planning to grow their portfolio in the near future, this is a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager looking to progress, or an Operations Manager with a corporate/ franchise background.
The role will be based in a Swansea office, with frequent visits to the four venues (all in stunning seaside locations!).
