Work Wales have an exciting new position for a Deputy Manager to lead a team in a Children's Home in the Tonypandy area of RCT. What we are looking for:
* QCF/NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (Children and YoungPeople).
* Previous care experience (min 2 years residential experience as a Shift Leader or equivalent).
* Full UK manualdriving license (Essential).
* 22 years of age or older
* A willing attitude and a caring and reliable nature.
* Compassion and empathy.
* Passion to promote independence and choice.
* A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation, and resilience.
* Good communication skills.
