WorkWales are working with a fantastic client who require a Clinical Lead Nurse who is passionate about making a real and positive difference to the lives of those you support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff in a clinical setting
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Conduct regular assessments of patients' physical andmental health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in healthcare
Requirements:- Hold an NMC certificate with an active PIN
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of current healthcare practices, regulations, and standards
