The lead provider of person-centred domiciliary care in and around the Swindon area are seeking caring, honest and reliable individuals with a passion for supporting others, to join our expanding team of healthcare assistants in and around the Swindon area.
This fantastic opportunity involves supporting people in the local community to live independently at home. The successful candidate will support customers with their day to day routine, which would include personal care, meal preparation, light domestic duties among other requirements outlined in each person-centred support plan.

Experience is not necessary as a full, high quality, in-houseinduction training will be provided followed by shadowing experienced healthcare assistants before commencing independent working.
Driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this position as well as some commitment for morning shifts, evenings and alternative weekend commitment.

*Advertised rate for individuals with an NVQ2 or diploma level 2 in health and social care. For those with no qualifications rate is slightly lower. Opportunities to gain qualifications available
