What we are looking for:
* Previous care experience
* Full UK manual driving license(Essential).
* 22 years of age or older
* A willing attitude and a caring and reliable nature.
* Compassion and empathy.* Passion to promote independence and choice.
* A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation, and resilience.
* Good communication skills.
* QCF/NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) - Desirable
