Work Wales have an exciting new position for a Residential Support Worker to join a team in a Children's Home in the Abergavenny area of Monmouthshire. What we are looking for:
* Previous care experience
* FullUK manual driving license (Essential).
* 22 years of age or older
* A willing attitude and a caring and reliable nature.* Compassion and empathy.
* Passion to promote independence and choice.
* A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation,and resilience.
* Good communication skills.
* QCF/NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) - Desirable
