About the Role
We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to work in London as Online Retail Assistants. We have two positions available: one full-time and one part-time. We would be happy to see in our office one more vape enthusiast, who will help our customers make the right choice and will provide them informational support and advice in a professional way.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general support to visitors of the platform in written or by phone
- Deal with customer questions, responding to queries and complaints in a constructive and prompt manner
- Advice the most suitable products in addition to the main product in the order
- Manage the correspondence with customers
- Making short written reviews on products
- Report the results regularly
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Shop Assistant (Online or Offline), or Customer Service Assistant
- Knowledge of Product
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), experience with e-mail clients
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
