Bank Staff Teaching Assistant - Primary Schools (Lincoln & Surrounding Areas)
Simply Education is looking for passionate Teaching Assistants to join our bank staff team, supporting primaryschools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas. This flexible role is perfect for those seeking part-time or full-time work,allowing you to choose the days that suit you best.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide classroom support to teachers, assisting with lesson delivery and pupil engagement.
* Work one-on-one or in small groups with children who need additional support.* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Assist with classroom management, supervision, and learningresources.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
* A genuine passion for supporting young learners.
* Adaptability and confidence to work in different school environments.
* A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
