With rising student numbers and a shortage of available teachers, schools urgently need Cover Supervisors to support classrooms and maintain high standards of learning.
The Role of a Cover Supervisor
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a productive learning environment.
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
* Provide support for students and assist in their learning when needed.
This role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about education and wish to gain valuable classroom experience, whether as a stepping stone to teacher training or as a flexible career option.
About the SchoolThe school is looking for a motivated and adaptable Cover Supervisor to work across both infant (KS1) and junior (KS2) departments. Requirements for the Role
