Job Title: Cover Supervisors

Areyou passionate about supporting education and looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students?We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work within high schools across the Macclesfield area. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that students continue their learning during a teacher's absence.If you have experience working with young people, are adaptable, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hearfrom you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support students in the classroom during the absence of the class teacher
* Ensure students remain engaged and complete set tasks
* Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
* Support student's well being and emotional needs
* Report any issues or concerns to relevant school staff
* Adhere to the school's policies and procedures at all times
What We Are Looking For:
* Previous experience working with young people (teaching, tutoring, or mentoring is an advantage)
* Strong communication, organisational, andinterpersonal skills
* The ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a calm, positive atmosphere
* A proactive and flexible approach to supporting student learning
* A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
