Description:

Key experience/skillset:* Relevant experience working on similar website redevelopment projects.
* Experience in respect of drafting RFT specifications of public procurement rules and regulations.
* Experience of the standards applicable, business requirements, and technologies used in constructing a modern content management-driven web presence.
* Experience of project management and planningtools including MS Project.
* Possess supplier management skills and demonstrable experience managing third parties. Experience managing subcontractors and subcontract agreements.
* Experience of communicating clearly and effectively to various stakeholders at different levels, including those from both technical and non-technical backgrounds and those at end-user and senior management levels.

Key deliverables:

Website RFT Preparation

* Offer advice on the content of the RFT for website design and development, including key elements to include.
* Provide input on scoring criteria for various aspects of the RFT.
*Help evaluate tender responses by assessing if submissions meet the outlined requirements

Project Mobilisation and Delivery*

Support the project's setup and execution. Services include: Collaborating with stakeholders to establish project organization, resources, and governance.
* Developing and managing key project documents, schedules, risk registers, and other controls with stakeholders and suppliers.
* Planning and managing resources to achieve project milestones.
* Defining the project's organizational structure and resource needs.
* Overseeing multiple activities to ensure successful delivery, following best practices for project management.
* Ensure all requirements and deliverables are clearly defined, agreed upon, documented,and signed off by business representatives before moving to the next phase.
* Identify and manage risks and contingencies, escalating issues promptly.
* Oversee project scope and change control, addressing blockers efficiently. Work closely with stakeholders, especially at the project's start, to capture requirements.
* Guide the team in creating a sustainable content architecture that reflects the organization's current and future needs.
* Ensure the project stays on schedule, meets budget, and delivers high-quality results.
* Manage supplier deliverables, ensuring requirements are user-tested and signed off per tender specifications.

Transition to Go-Live

* Coordinating test planning and approvals to ensure the website functions as intended.
* Managing pre-launch testing with suppliers and organizational stakeholders.
* Assisting in setting up post-launch sitemanagement and governance.
* Planning and overseeing go-live activities such as data uploads, hosting and support setup, functional testing, integration, and transition to ongoing support and stabilization.
